2. Information Coloria Handles

Information you create or choose in the app

• Drawings, coloring progress, generated mandalas, generated sketch images, and finished artwork.
• Photos or images selected by the user for the photo-to-sketch feature.

These items are used to provide app features such as coloring, draft saving, photo-to-sketch conversion, filters, saving to the device gallery, and user-initiated sharing.

Technical app and device information

Coloria may process limited technical information needed to operate the app, download coloring content, check network availability, fetch app configuration, and improve stability. This may include app version, device model, operating system version, app instance identifiers, IP address, timestamps, network status, and diagnostic information.

3. Photos and Artwork

When you choose a photo for sketch conversion, Coloria uses the Android photo picker or file access provided by the operating system. The selected image is processed locally on your device to create a sketch. Coloria does not upload your selected photos to our servers for this feature.

Drafts and finished artwork are stored on your device so you can continue editing, save, or share them. If you choose to save finished artwork to Photos/Gallery, Android stores the image in your device media storage. If you choose to share artwork, Android's share sheet sends the file only to the app or service you select.

4. Third-Party Services

Coloria uses third-party services and open-source libraries to provide app functionality. These services may process technical information as described in their own policies.

• Firebase Remote Config by Google: used to fetch app configuration and content settings.
• Remote content hosting: used to download app content such as coloring assets or audio resources. Some content may be delivered through GitHub-hosted URLs.
• Android system services: used for photo picking, media saving, file sharing, network status, and device vibration.

5. How We Use Information

• To provide coloring, sketch conversion, mandala creation, saving, and sharing features.
• To remember drafts and finished artwork on your device.
• To download app content and configuration.
• To maintain app reliability, prevent crashes, and understand technical issues.
• To respond when you contact us for support.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos or artwork unless you choose to share or export them through Android or another service.

Limited technical information may be processed by service providers such as Google/Firebase, GitHub, Android platform services, hosting providers, or email providers when needed to operate the app or respond to support requests.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Drafts, generated sketches, and finished artwork stored by Coloria remain on your device until you delete them in the app, clear app data, uninstall the app, or delete exported files from your device gallery.

Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain support records. Technical service logs are retained according to the policies and settings of the relevant service provider.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Coloria. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to limit data handling to what is needed for the app's features.

9. Children's Privacy

Coloria is a creative app that may be used by families. We do not knowingly require children to provide personal information, and the app does not require account registration. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. International Users

Coloria may be available in multiple countries. Technical data processed by service providers may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, depending on the provider's infrastructure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
